Hands-On Cooking Classes

At The Culinary Studio, expect the full ‘hands-on’ experience at all of our ‘Hands-On Cooking Classes’. Classes begin with an hors d’oeuvres as well as knife skills demonstration. You then head into the kitchen, don an apron, and work in small groups to cook all of the recipes from scratch. All classes are taught by one of our Red Seal Certified Chefs, teaching you proper technique every step of the way. At the end of the evening you are seated at our Harvest Table to enjoy all of the food. All recipes are provided by email after class.
