Bacon and Brisket Workshop (Sold Out)

In this workshop we discuss in-depth what you need to know about curing and smoking your own bacon & brisket.  Learn the science behind how different salts act on meats, and the perfect temperatures to accomplish meltingly tender brisket.  Outdoor learning will center around our Traeger Grills and The Big Green Egg, as well as how to achieve results on any home grill. 

Each participant will cure and take home 1 lb of bacon, and we will enjoy a fantastic plate of BLT’s, Brisket & updated sauces and side dishes!
