John Kent joins us tonight, bringing 20+ years in the hospitality industry in Kitchener-Waterloo. He has managed and curated wine programs at some of the most popular and innovative restaurants around K-W. His passion for wine now brings him to represent the portfolios of Nicholas Pearce Wines, Vintage Trade and Vinexx. As chefs, we have the pleasure of creating a phenomenal meal to pair with truly unique wines.
Your evening includes hors d’oeuvres, followed by a 4-Course Sit Down Meal at our Harvest Table. The meal is paired with 3 exclusive wine pairings from around the world.
