There are really no words to describe the feeling you get when homemade food, rooted in tradition, is perfectly paired with a wine that has been crafted and loved for centuries. Our goal tonight is to do just that. Take you to a small restaurant in Italy where every detail of food is created with passion and love, and the wine is expertly poured. Robert Miller, a Certified Sommelier, will be your host for the evening, with cuisine by Chef Tara Sdraulig, Red Seal Certified Chef with Italian roots.
Mr. Miller has worked the floor as Sommelier at some of the top restaurants on the continent including Langdon Hall, Alo (#1 restaurant in Canada for the 3rd year running), Giulietta and Daniel (Daniel Boulud’s eponymous ** Michelin Star restaurant in Manhattan, NYC). Mr. Miller is certified with both the International Sommelier Guild and the Court of Master Sommeliers.
The evening begins with stand-up passed hors d’oeuvres and then you are seated for a sit-down four-course meal at our Harvest Table. The meal will be paired with 3+ Exclusive Italian Wines.
