Cook with us!  Enjoy all of the benefits of coming to a cooking class—a hands-on class taught by two Red Seal Chefs—but in the comfort of your own home!  


Tonight's Theme:  a Thai-themed supper designed for 4 people.  Addictive curry flavours that will become part of your regular recipe reperatoire!  Once you have the pantry staples down, you'll be able to whip this up faster than you can call take-out! 

 

Cost: $85/class and ingredients (serves 4)

Thai Coconut Chicken & Vegetable Curry

Green Mango & Peanut Salad

Jasmine Rice

 

Ingredient List: Everything is included in our Ingredient Pack, except salt, cooking oil and sugar.   Pick-up 2pm -4pm at Culinary Studio on same day of class.  Zoom Code emailed the day before the class.  

 

Produce:

1 green or regular mango

½ English cucumber

½ bunch fresh mint

½ bunch fresh cilantro

1 large cooking onion

2 –inch piece of fresh ginger

2 cloves garlic

2 limes

1 carrot

1 zucchini

1-2 Potatoes

 

Protein:

1 ½ lb boneless skinless chicken thighs

½ cup peanuts

 

 

Pantry:

1 tsp. chili garlic paste

2 tbsp. fish sauce

2 tbsp. frozen lemongrass

1 puck palm sugar

1 tsp. red curry paste

1 can coconut milk

10 kaffir lime leaves

1 1/2 cups jasmine rice

oil, as needed
