Are you ever confused as to what wine to buy? Do you wander the wine aisles of the LCBO, country to country, vintage vs. non?  Do you really have to let wine breath?  Have all of these questions and MORE answered at our “How to taste Wine like a Professional” virtual class!  

Certified Sommelier Rob Miller joins us tonight, and his techniques for smelling, tasting and really getting to know a wine will astound you and give you the insight you need to purchase the right wine for the right food or occasion.  

Robert Miller, a Certified Sommelier, will be your host for the evening.

A little bit about Rob (all this and entertaining too!): Mr. Miller has worked the floor as Sommelier at some of the top restaurants on the continent including Langdon Hall, Alo (#1 restaurant in Canada for the 3rd year running), Giulietta and Daniel (Daniel Boulud’s eponymous ** Michelin Star restaurant in Manhattan, NYC). Mr. Miller is certified with both the International Sommelier Guild and the Court of Master Sommeliers. He holds the prestigious Diploma from the Wine & Spirits Trust in the UK, an organization he also teaches for. As well as a Certificate in Oenology & Viticulture from the University of Guelph, Mr Miller also hold certifications from the Society of Wine Educators, Vinitaly International Academy, and both Wines of Chile & Wines of Portugal!
