Workshop & Menu
This BBQ workshop is designed to answer all of your BBQ questions! We will cover topics such as curing, smoking, brining, basting, wood types, grill times and temperatures and more.
During the class we will cure a pork belly, smoke a brisket and grill a steak accompanied by chimichurri. You are invited to follow along or just watch and ask questions.
Your Ingredient Pick-Up Pack Includes:
2 lbs pork belly
Brine spices for Brisket (Brisket not included)
A Strip loin steak for 2
Ingredients for chimichurri (fresh herbs, garlic, capers, chili, lemon, olive oil )
Pick-up 2pm at Culinary Studio on same day of class—arrive at Studio at 2pm and pop your trunk)
Container to cure bacon in
Knife, cutting board and small bowl for chimichurri
