Cook with us!  Enjoy all of the benefits of coming to a cooking class—a hands-on class taught by two Red Seal Chefs—but in the comfort of your own home!  While cooking with us we’ll go through every recipe, step-by-step, answering all of your key questions: the WHY’s, HOW’S and HOW MUCH and HOW LONG questions. 

 

Today’s Theme:  Weekend BBQ!   Up your BBQ game this summer with perfect side dishes and awesome sauces and marinades.  Chef Jody has FIVE BBQ’s in her backyard, so come prepared with all your BBQ questions! The menu below is designed for 4 people.

3 roma tomatoes

4 green onion

5 cloves garlic

4 medium-large Yukon Gold Potatoes

3 lemons

½ large bunch parsley

½ large bunch dill

1 bunch mint

1 onion

1 small shallot

vegetables for grill such as: 1 red pepper, mushrooms and/or zucchini

¼ lb bacon

2 lb pork loin or pork tenderloin

2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast

1 cup plain yogurt

1 small baguette

1 cup olive oil

¼ cup white vinegar, plus more to taste

2 tbsp. grainy mustard

2 tsp. smoked paprika

¼ tsp. hot smoked paprika, or cayenne
