Your scratch-made pasta experience at home Handmade ravioli and a versatile sauce! From-Scratch Italian!  We begin with making homemade egg pasta dough--which will be rolled by hand (rolling pin required), stuffed with cheese and served with a roasted tomato sauce.  Serves 2-4

Ingredient List (all that are underlined are included in ingredient package ie. please provide your own eggs:) 


1 lemon

4 sprigs of thyme

1 large shallot

3 cloves garlic


4 large eggs--NOT PROVIDED

1 500g. Container full fat Ricotta Cheese

¼ lb butter

¼ lb parmesan cheese (Grana Padano)


275g all-purpose flour, plus extra for dusting (about 2 cups)

100g durum semolina flour (about ½ cup)

¼ cup olive oil

1 demi-baguette

2 cups whole, canned tomatoes 

salt & pepper, as needed

¼ cup white wine

piping bag is not required, but it is handy to use.
