1 large sprig of rosemary

1 lemon

1 clove garlic

3-4 sprigs flat leaf parsley

2 large sprigs fresh mint

1 large portabella mushroom

large handful of baby spinach

½ cup fresh or frozen raspberries

 

1 small wheel of best quality brie cheese (we are using Gunn’s Hill Brigid’s Brie)

2 boneless, skin-on chicken breasts (supreme has the wing bone attached) - available at ForeQuarter Butcher Shop in Kitchener

1 ½ cups milk (not low fat)

½ cup plain yogurt

1 tbsp. butter

 

1 demi-baguette

½ cup couscous

¼ tsp. sumac

½ tsp. dried mint (Turkish)

¼ tsp. pul biber (Middle Eastern Chili Flake)

2 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil

4-6 marinated artichoke quarters

2 small roasted red peppers

1 tbsp. red wine vinegar

2 tbsp. cornstarch

2 tbsp. cocoa powder

2 ounces good quality dark chocolate

1 tsp. vanilla

 

Not included:

¼ cup + 1 tbsp. sugar

1 oz Cointreau or other liqueur (optional, if you like)

1 tbsp. butter

Olive Oil, Salt & Pepper
