Cave Spring Vineyard Wine Launch & Dinner Date!

Join Chefs Jody and Kirstie and Cave Spring Wine Maker Gabe Demarco celebrate the launch of the winery’s Rose Estate with this collaboration of food and wine.

The hosts will walk through the preparation and pairing of the spice roasted fish taco with the Cave Spring Rose Estate and the pork loin chop with the Riesling Estate in what will be an informative, hands-on, and entertaining evening for two.  Part interactive cooking class, part wine class!
