ABOUT THIS CLASS

Learn Hands-On some basic everyday butchery to increase your confidence in the kitchen, save you money, eat and cook better! Joining us tonight are the experienced butchers from Four Quarter Butcher Shop in Kitchener. They begin the evening with a demonstration of a Crown Roast of Pork, which we will roast and enjoy as a meal!

Whole Beef Tenderloin from start to finish; Pork Tenderloin; Whole Chicken Butchery

NOTES

In this class, participants will be working in groups to break down the raw meats. One whole Chicken, Two Beef Tenderloin Steaks & and Two Pork Tournedos will be packaged and taken home by the participants.
