ABOUT THIS CLASS
The best thing you can do to change the way you eat is to learn how to cook from scratch! This 3-class series is the best thing you can do to build confidence in the kitchen, improve on what you already know and perfect, tweak and practice recipes to make your life easier! Our popular Monday Night Series is set in a small class, is built around technique-driven hands-on learn and is designed so that you may learn these recipes and apply them to many other foods. That is what technique based cooking is all about! Whether you are new to the kitchen, or have decided to commit to cooking from scratch, we are excited to welcome you in our kitchen. Modifications for food intolerances can be made. That is what cooking from scratch is all about.

The following recipes and techniques, including knife skills, will be covered over the 3 classes: Breaded Pork Loin; Homemade Mayonnaise; Risotto Milanese; Lemon & Herb Sautéed Vegetables; Revolutionary Roasted Chicken; Best Mashed Potatoes; Fan-Favourite Bacon & Lentil Soup; Local Red Wine Braised Beef; Seasonal Starches; Quick Pickled Vegetables; Best Blanched Broccoli; Sauce Veloute; Homemade Chicken Stock...and more!
Dates for this class: March 25th, April 1st and April 8th, all from 6pm until 9pm. We begin with a demonstration of technique and an appetizer, and are seated at the end of the evening to enjoy the entire meal. Registration below is for all 3 classes. No substitutions.
We are a fully licensed establishment with a craft beer, cider and vintage wine list to enjoy with your meal.
