REGISTRATION 

Full payment must be received in order to register for any class or event.All classes are priced per person and are subject to HST.“Farmer’s Dinners” and any other “full service” experiences are subject to an 18% gratuity.Employees and guest chefs are not responsible for any injury, loss or damages, however caused, which may be sustained while participants are attending classes.To reserve The Culinary Studio for any private event, a minimum number of 12 people is required from Monday thru Friday and a minimum of 20 people on Saturdays.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

To register with a gift certificate: Do not register online. Let us know your Gift Certificate Number and which class you would like to attend by calling us at 519.496.5595 or emailing us (preferred) at info@theculinarystudio.ca Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash money or any other services. We strongly recommend that you check with the attendee when giving a class as a gift, ensuring that the date works for them. (see rescheduling policy).

CANCELLATION POLICIES

We reserve the right to cancel any class with insufficient registration, up to 24 hours to the date of the class. Any registrants will be contacted by email or phone and given a credit towards another class.We reserve the right to cancel a class on short notice, due to instructor illness, inclimate weather or extenuating circumstances out of our control. Any registrants will be contacted by email or phone and given a credit towards another class.A $20 administrative fee will be charged for any cancelled or rescheduled classes. In the cases of illness or other last minute circumstances you may send someone in your place. Please understand space is limited at The Culinary Studio. Your space has been reserved with all food, instructors and servers in place just for you. All re-bookings/credits for any private or corporate event must be booked within six months of original booking date.Please Note: No refunds are offered for any class registration.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

There will be a $20 surcharge per person to switch from one class to another.
