So in case you’re wondering, tonight we served 1. A shared platter of pork torchon with pickled Niagara cherries|Cherry Glazed Pork Belly|Julienne Veg|Chicharon 2. The Pasta Course: handmade Caramelle Pasta|Braised Braised Mushroom|Parmesan Frico 3. The Sea Bass Course with Curried Squash Purée|Spiralled Jicima|Roasted Peanut|Nuac Cham|Fresh Herbs|Rapini 4. Dessert. Warm brownie with semi freddo&chocolate mousse
