Bumped Up! Beans!


1 can black beans, drained and rinsed

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 onion, finely diced

2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

1 tsp whole cumin


1. Heat a small saute pan onver medium heat. Add olive oil and onion. Cook, stirring occasionally until caramelized. Stir in     garlic and cook 2-3 minutes longer.

2. Add cumin and toast until fragrant 30 seconds to 1 minute. Stir in beans.

3. Enjoy with tacos, a salad, in a wrap.
