Fantastic on just about anything coming off of the grill, or in pita sandwiches or as a finisher to a lentil soup.
1 cup plain, whole-milk yogurt
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced very fine with ½ tsp. kosher salt
¾ cup loosely packed finely chopped dill
½ cup loosely packed finely chopped mint
1/2 cup loosely packed finely chopped parsley
juice of ½ lemon
Mix everything together well. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow flavours to blend.
Keeps for a week in the fridge.
