Virtual Corporate Cooking Classes

Take a break from a Zoom meeting and treat yourself to a Zoom cooking class! Connect with your team on a whole other level. Enjoy all of the benefits of coming to a cooking class—a hands-on class taught by two Red Seal Chefs—but in the comfort of your own home. While cooking with us we’ll go through every recipe, step-by-step, answering all of your key questions: the WHY’s, HOW’S and HOW MUCH and HOW LONG questions. There will be enough food to share with those in your household, or to stock in your freezer for a later time. We source the best quality ingredients with a convenient curb-side pick-up pack on the day of your class.
Virtual Corporate Cooking Classes are available at three convenient time slots. All communication for booking will be done via email with Team Organizer.
1.Mango-Peanut & Herb Salad/Thai Red Coconut Curry with Chicken & Vegetables/ Jasmine Rice
2. Butter Chicken/ Carrot-Cilantro Salad/Basmati Rice
3. Roasted Tomato & Bacon Bisque/Cheddar-Thyme Biscuits (THE recipe you can’t live without!)
4. Pan-Seared Steak & Red Wine Mushrooms/Rosti Potato & Dill Sour Cream/Toasted baguette with Compound Butter
5. Pasta Carbonara/Eggless Caesar Salad
6. Mexican Sausage Pozole Soup/Bumped up Beans Tacos/Pico de Gallo
To book a Virtual Corporate Cooking Class an invoice will be sent via Quickbooks. Once class is paid in full further details will be sent out.
The essentials to execute your chosen menu are in our Ingredient Pick-Up Pack. One per participant, to be picked up at The Culinary Studio 2 hours prior to class start time.
Note: we are cooking under the assumption that participants have basic ingredients such as oils, salt, onion etc…
Email addresses for all participants must be sent to email@example.com the day before the scheduled class, preferably in an excel spreadsheet. This is your ticket to the ingredients and your zoom invitation for the class. Zoom meeting will be open 15 minutes prior to class start time to allow time for everyone to get organized so that we can begin promptly at agreed upon time.
A convenient Order of Operations, Ingredient List (Highlighted Ingredients are in the Pick-Up Pack) & Equipment List will be sent to every team member to ensure everyone is ready to cook and stay on task at the same time. A full Recipe Package will be emailed after class.
