Learn to whip up a creamy Tahini-Yogurt sauce, add spice with Harissa, master the umami-rich Miso Butter, and explore the Korean staple Gochujang. You'll also create a luscious Cashew Korma and a sweet-and-spicy Maple Chilli Crisp.

Designed to broaden your recipe repertoire and stock your pantry this class focuses on blending technique and creativity, giving you the tools to build vibrant, flavourful meals with confidence.  With each sauce we'll discuss dozens of uses for them, you'll never be bored in the kitchen again!
