Moroccan Chicken Stew!

Moroccan chicken stew combines a harmonious blend of warm spices, slow cooking techniques, a balance of sweet and savory flavors.  The Honey Roasted Chicken recipe is a stand alone one you could make on it's own!  We love making it at this time of year, with local hearty vegetables.   In this class we show you how to layer flavours, and bring it together with quite possibly the world's fastest side dish, Toasted Almond Couscous!

Toasted Almond & Lemon Couscous 

Key Ingredients: Couscous, Sliced Almonds, Saffron, Ras el Hanout Spice blend, Turmeric, Olive oil, Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Black pepper, Chicken, Root Vegetables, Tomato Paste, Kosher Salt.
