The Pizza Class (Valentine's Day: Family Edition): Online Cooking Class!

Ready to turn your kitchen into a pizzeria? Gather the whole family and join our online cooking class to create THREE delicious homemade pizza doughs from scratch! From kneading the dough to adding your favourite toppings, this class is a fun, hands-on experience for everyone.  

Keys to success will be having a kitchen scale and an instant-read thermometer on hand.    

Here's how it'll go:  You'll start with prepared dough and toppings for the kids (or you!) to get something in the oven to enjoy right away.  We then will take a deep dive through the some popular dough types from New York to Chicago!

New York-Style Pizza Dough (overnight fermentation)
Detroit- Style Pizza Dough (high hydration dough)
Chicago-Style Pizza Dough (enriched dough)
Two Pre-made Pizza doughs to enjoy a pizza at the start of class complete with our new no-cook pizza sauce with cheese & pepperoni and a mushroom alfredo pizza!
